All LacPatrick’s milk drying is carried out at the Milk Drying Plant in Artigarvan, Co. Tyrone.
The company is continually developing products with different technical functionalities for industrial customers in:

The overall project was uniquely designed so that it can produce powder 24/7 365 days per year. The new plant also uses natural gas on the dryer assembly and boiler further emphasising the companies mission to become more sustainable.
In early 2017 the coop commissioned its new MSD1000 dryer. The evaporator design is optimised to produce low spore products including Low heat, medium heat and high heat heat stable Skimmed milk powder, Whole milk powder and Fat filled milk powder along with a range of newly developed instantised products. Along with the two existing 2.5 tonnes per hour dryers LacPatrick is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the rising demands for milk powder globally.
Currently a market leader in West Africa and the Middle East with the LP brand the company has expanded into international markets including the Far East and South America. The company has ambitious plans to further develop its product range with the introduction of the instantised and fat filled product ranges and also to build its presence globally utilising the full capacity of the newly commissioned dryer and existing plant.
